4.1 Ownership of User Data

As emphasized in our Data Sovereignty commitments, you retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data and content you upload or transmit to the Service ("User Data"). Axioms claims no ownership over your User Data.

4.2 Axioms' Use of Data

You grant Axioms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, transmit, and display your User Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service, including the A.I. Churn Prediction and reporting functions.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• Attempting to disrupt the security or integrity of the Service.

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.

• Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR 99.99% UPTIME, AXIOMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axioms, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the Service;

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
